What is the Royal Photographic Society doing about this? Seems odd that this should need to leave the UK.
The RPS isn’t a collecting institution. But the word has certainly gotten out about this; I emailed contacts of mine at several public and private collections here in the States, and I’m sure more have begun to look into it. So I doubt that this small but unique archive will go the way of the Polaroid Collection, or get trashed. When I know the outcome, I’ll report on it.
