Re: A. D. Coleman v. Paul
Kopeikin Gallery
Dear Ms. Davis:
This office represents Paul
Kopeikin and the Paul Kopeikin Gallery (hereinafter
collectively the "Gallery") in regards to
the dispute between Mr. A. D. Coleman and the Gallery
regarding the Gallery's webite [sic], and with regards
to the formal complaint filed by Mr. Coleman with
AIPAD and with the National Writers Union. Please
direct any future correspondence or communication
in this matter to my attention.
Enclosed is a copy of a letter
sent to Robert Klein, President of AIPAD, regarding
this matter. The letter is self-explanatory.
Mr. Kopeikin disputes Mr. Coleman's
invoice for his alleged violation of Mr. Coleman's
copyright, and Mr. Kopeikin intends to take no further
action with regards to Mr. Coleman at this time. Whether
or not Mr. Coleman wishes to push this matter is up
to him.
Very truly yours,
/s/ Marc J. Kopeikin, Esq.
