Thieves' Market

This is the Thieves' Market where are displayed
used condoms, wigs, prostheses, old campaign posters,
worthless stock certificates, fake pearls, recruiting signs.

Exhibitors all, we display the plastic crosses
we have stolen from our God, the booty we have plundered
from our peers, the amulets extorted from our loves.

This is the Thieves' Market.
Bargains abound.
